In General, we usually arrive the location for preparation an hour earlier before the performance starts, certainly the hour exclude any other charge. We would inform our client by phone for reaching the location, to give them an ease feeling and express timing is the most important for us. We make sure having and developing the trustworthy relationship between our client and us. As knowing some of other companies, which service usually starts late, sometimes cancelled without noticed even no show, those behavior definitely irresponsible and deceives are totally unacceptable. In according to the client signed contract, we must follow the contract items and provide the top quality party services and manner to the client and every party guest even over time, we persist our professional performing until completely finished.
Client can give us a phone call or email to us. Please provide the birthday child’s age, requirements, party date, time and location as well. We will provide the quotation for the client approval. The client should pay 50% deposit of the totally party amount for booking confirmation. The balance amount should be paid on the party day. All party services will be confirmed by the deposit and run on first deposited, first served basis.

Keep the bank-in slip / receipt and attach the name, contact phone no., the quotation no. and fax back to us at 3186-4132 or by email.
After the client confirm the party day, time and location. We suggest the client to order our party services at least two weeks or earlier in advance of the party day. The client should sign back the quotation and make the deposit for confirmation the booking. <<Magic Express>>party services will run on first deposited, first served basis. By the reason to keep a high professional standard of each party service, we persist not to hold too many birthday parties at the same day.
The client should inform to us by phone call or email immediately as well for our better rearrangement and reschedule.
If the birthday party start four hours before the No. 8 or above typhoon signal or the Black Rainstorm warning signal issued. The party will be automatically cancelled. The cancelled party will be arranged within one month start from the cancel date. The client must inform the assigning date at least one week earlier to us. There are no additional charges. If the assigning date has not been given within a month from the client, <<Magic Express>>would cancel the order and all confirmation deposit would not be returned.
